What is PAPG?
Protect Audley Parish Greenbelt (PAPG) is an Action Group challenging the council and government plans to remove the status and build on Audley Parish Greenbelt.
How does this happen?
Planning Timeline
Public Consultation
Jan 2022, the public consultation on issues & strategic options
Draft Plan
Spring 2023, a draft plan provides us with more details on the proposals for AB2 & housing
Response Time
Critical time, 8 weeks in which objections can be given to the draft plan
Final Plan
Objections & comments are reviewed by the inspector. These will influence amendments!
Final Plan Submitted
Mid 2024, the final plan is submitted to the sec of state for review
Plan Adoption
Dec 2024 the plan will be adopted
Potential Development
This is when the potential development of AB2 & Housing sites can happen. This is no where near set in stone
